OnBase Document Management System

For the past five years the Office of the Registrar, along with Admissions, the Graduate Office and Academic Advisement have been electronically filing documents rather than retaining hard copies of documents received and processed by each respective office. These documents are available and may be viewed by faculty members by searching using the student’s six digit  BU ID number. Department secretaries are aware of the document imaging system and also have access.

Quick Reference Guide is available to understand how to retrieve and view documents.

This tool replaces the prior document management system, Singularity.

Internet Explorer is recommended as other browsers do not support this tool.

 

Mac Users - We are working to resolve the compability issue for Mac users which will allow IE to be used; however, this will take approximately two weeks to implement.  (Two weeks from April 8.)
