Bloomsburg University shall develop and maintain an Emergency Operations Plan which is compliant with the guidelines under the National Incident Management System (NIMS) framework. The Vice President for Administration and Finance and the Director of University Safety and Police will conduct an annual review of this plan to ensure its continuing relevance and compliance with NIMS guidelines.
