Citizens 60 years or older who are legal U.S. residents residing in Pennsylvania are eligible to apply for waiver of tuition (basic credits) through the coordinator of non-degree programs by submitting a non-degree application.

Applicants for this program will be considered Category 7 for admissions purposes.

Credential Requirements

Completed non-degree application, proof of age, such as driver's license or birth certificate, and proof of U.S. residency. Students may be admitted to classes on a seat available basis only.

Students are responsible for all other applicable fees.
