TRiO Upward Bound serves potential first generation college students whose families meet income guidelines as established by the U.S. Department of Education.

TRiO Upward Bound at Bloomsburg University is open to eligible 9th through 12th grade students enrolled at one of our nine target high schools within Columbia, Northumberland and Schuylkill counties.
