BLOOMSBURG — "Repetitive Deception Scheme," an exhibit by sculptor and painter Liz Miller, will be featured in Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania's Haas Gallery of Art from Monday, Feb. 14, to Friday, March 18. The exhibit, open Mondays through Fridays from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Saturdays from noon to 2 p.m., and is open to the public free of charge. The exhibit will be closed March 18.

Miller said her work is based on examples of "systems that contain simultaneous order and chaos." Her wall-based installations, she said, "reference biology, natural disasters and computer imagery. Imagined interactions between disparate systems, and the unpredictable outcomes of such encounters, provide a point of departure for works that divulge equal parts fact and fiction."

An opening reception for the exhibition will be held Monday, Feb. 14, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. and Miller will lecture on her works at 11:15 a.m. and 1:15 p.m.
