Exhibitor Table Information & Online Registration

Dates: Thursday and Friday, May 23 and 24, 2013

Registration and payment is due by February 1, 2013. Online registration form located below.


Set-up Times:

Wednesday, May 22, 1-6 p.m.

Thursday, May 23, 7-8 a.m.

Refreshments:

Coffee, tea and muffins will be served throughout the Exhibit Hall.

Exhibit Hours:

Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

  • On Thursday, no sessions will be held from 9:30-10:10 a.m. and
  • 2:30-3:30 p.m. for participants to visit the exhibits.

Friday 8:00 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.

  • On Friday, no sessions will be held from 9:30-10:10 a.m. for participants to visit the exhibits.

Exhibit Breakdown:

Please note the 1:30 closing time on Friday. Out of respect for your fellow exhibitors, we would appreciate your cooperation in following the published timeframe.

Parking:

Behind the Andruss Library (conference map)

Lunch:

  • Lunch delivery will not be available.
  • Tickets must be purchased in advance.
  • The cost of lunch each day is $9.50.

Table cost and size:

$200 per 6 foot table
