Bloomsburg University's Department of Chemistry and Biochemistry and BU's ACS Student Affiliate Chapter is hosting the 76th Annual Intercollegiate Student Chemists’ Convention on Saturday, April 14, from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The convention, which provides the opportunity for undergraduates to present their research in all areas of chemistry, will be held in newly renovated Hartline Science Center, 615 East 2nd St., Bloomsburg, PA 17815.

Call for Abstracts

Student researchers are invited to submit abstracts by 4 p.m., Friday, April 6. Use the abstract submission form and submit the completed form as lastname-firstname-institution.doc(x) to ISCC@bloomu.edu with “ISCC ABSTRACT” in the subject line.

Call for Judges

Willing and qualified judges please contact Bruce Wilcox, associate professor of chemistry and biochemistry, stating your area of expertise. A brief judges meeting will occur just prior to the presentations. Please put ISCC in the subject line.

Registration

All students and faculty must register!

Cost is $30 per person for online registration and check received by Monday, April 9, or $35 for late registration. Onsite registration the day of the convention will be $40.
