The Dept. of Early Childhood and Elementary Education at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania is seeking applicants for an ongoing pool of candidates to fill emergency and temporary (part-time and full-time) instructor positions at Bloomsburg University and off campus locations. Primary responsibilities: teach undergraduate/graduate courses in early childhood and/or elementary education.
Minimum of a Master's Degree in Early Childhood or Elementary Education or related-education field required. Other qualifications include: an early childhood and/or elementary teaching certificate and at least three years full-time early childhood and/or elementary teaching experiences; strong academic and teaching background in early childhood and/or elementary education; demonstrated ability to work with diverse populations preferred. Finalist(s) for these positions must communicate well and successfully complete an interview process and/or teaching demonstration as judged by the department faculty.
Temporary Pool applicants' credentials will be kept on file for 24 months. Review of complete applications will begin immediately and will continue until the positions are filled.
