The Department of Early Childhood and Adolescent Education (ECAE) at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania is seeking applicants for a Permanent Tenure-Track Faculty Position whose primary teaching responsibilities will include undergraduate and graduate level courses related to Early Childhood Education. The ECAE Department at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania has a comprehensive approach to preparing teachers.
Responsibilities: Responsibilities may include teaching and supervising in other relevant areas which support the graduate and undergraduate programs in the department. Expectations of this position include continued scholarship and service. Instructional delivery can occur through on-line, traditional, and alternative instructional methods and can occur on main campus or off-site educational locations. Voluntary summer contracts may be available.
Job Title/Rank: Assistant. Salary is commensurate with experience and preparation.
Qualifications and Experience: Earned Ph.D. or Ed. D. in Early Childhood or Elementary Education or related field from an accredited institution required by August 24, 2013. Three years PK-8 classroom teaching experience is required.
