This class promotes stress-free living and working. Yoga sets out to help us find ways to quiet the mind. Using postures to relax and refresh the body and the mind. Traditionally, yoga is carefully focused on the inner world of the individual, a place that can become a refreshing retreat in the midst of a busy day. Exercise for your soul!!

Jumping Calories with Adrianna Sgouris

Brand new class that not only burns calories fast but also tones muscles. It’s a fun and easy workout that involves, jump roping, ab workouts, and weight training. I will include fun music to get us moving and will have a ten minute cool down at the end.

Cardio Mix with Linda Krause

Continuous, flowing Pilate movements with a dance like flair. Sure to keep your interest and increase your flexibility, strength, and create lean tones muscles.

TGIF High Intensity Interval Training with Linda Krause

This class is a high intensity cardio class that will leave you dripping with sweat, but wanting more. Do your heart and body a favor and try this class!

Pumped Up Pilates with Linda Krause

This class takes a mix of Pilates and infuses it with plyometric movements for a heart pumping, intense workout. Totally Fit is perfect for creating a lean and strong body.

Get Fit! with Ryan Samuels

Utilizing plyometric movements, resistance training, and core elements, this high intensity class will help you get into shape and shed body fat. Get Fit! is perfect for creating a strong lean body and improve your overall fitness.

Total Body Firm and Burn with Noelle Pinchot

Cardio and strength training, Pilates, and high intensity interval training all in one! This class will vary each day and leave you wanting more. If you are looking for a total body workout 3 times a week, this class is for you!
