Total Body Firm and Burn with Noelle Pinchot

Cardio & Strength training, Pilates, and high intensity interval training all in one! This class will vary each day and leave you wanting more.

Yoga with Madhav Sharma

This class promotes stress-free living and working. Yoga sets out to help us find ways to quiet the mind. Using postures to relax and refresh the body and the mind. Traditionally, yoga is carefully focused on the inner world of the individual, a place that can become a refreshing retreat in the midst of a busy day. Exercise for your soul!

Cardio Sculpt with Linda Krause

This class is a high intensity cardio class that will leave you dripping with sweat, but wanting more. Do your heart and body a favor and try this class! Great way to end the week and/or start the new grind.

Pumped Up Pilates with Linda Krause

This class takes a mix of Pilates and infuses it with plyometric movements for a heart pumping, intense workout. This class is perfect for creating a lean and strong body.

Zumba Fitness with Sierra Altenbach and Phoebe Salzarulo

The Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party; Feel the music and let loose.

INSANITY with Jake Veltri

Put your body to the test and watch it transform with this fun, high intensity workout.
