Jumping Calories with Adrianna Sgouris

Jumping Calories

Brand new class that not only burns calories fast but also tones muscles. It’s a fun and easy workout that involves, jump roping, ab workouts, and weight training. I will include fun music to get us moving and will have a ten minute cool down at the end.
