This class promotes stress-free living and working. Yoga sets out to help us find ways to quiet the mind. Using postures to relax and refresh the body and the mind. Traditionally, yoga is carefully focused on the inner world of the individual, a place that can become a refreshing retreat in the midst of a busy day. Exercise for your soul!

Yoga is a physical, mental, and spiritual practice or discipline that denotes a variety of schools, practices and goals in Hinduism, Buddhism (including Vajrayana and Tibetan Buddhism) and Jainism, the best-known being Hatha yoga and Raja yoga.

This class takes a mix of Pilates and infuses it with plyometric movements for a heart pumping, intense workout. This class is perfect for creating a lean and strong body.

Jumping Calories

Brand new class that not only burns calories fast but also tones muscles. It’s a fun and easy workout that involves, jump roping, ab workouts, and weight training. I will include fun music to get us moving and will have a ten minute cool down at the end.

A 45 minute High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) leg workout. Burn fat while getting your glutes, quads, hamstrings, and calves to where you want them. All fitness levels are welcome.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT), also called high-intensity intermittent exercise (HIIE) or sprint interval training (SIT), is an enhanced form of interval training, an exercise strategy alternating periods of short intense anaerobic exercise with less-intense recovery periods. HIIT is a form of cardiovascular exercise. Usual HIIT sessions may vary from 4–30 minutes. These short, intense workouts provide improved athletic capacity and condition, improved glucose metabolism, and improved fat burning.

Total-body workout benefits include burning more calories in less time, build more muscle, increase strength, maximize workout efficiency and have greater flexibility.

Zumba Fitness with Nicole Davenport

The Latin-inspired, easy-to-follow, calorie-burning, dance fitness-party; Feel the music and let loose.

Zumba involves dance and aerobic elements. The choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue and mambo. Squats and lunges are also included.

Friday Night Hoop Jam with Renee Purcell

Fitness Class

This class gives an opportunity for hoopers of all levels to come together and have a space to hoop dance. Fun for all and great to try if you never hooped before. All levels of experience are welcome and hoops are provided.

You will strengthen your core, get a great cardiovascular workout, and inspire your meditative mind as you learn tricks on the body, legs, and arms.
