The Office of Alcohol, Tobacco and Other Drug Programs is responsible for coordinating distribution of information required by the The Drug Free Schools and Community Act (DFSCA) and Drug and Alcohol Abuse Prevention Regulations.

These regulations require campuses to certify that they have adopted and implemented programming to prevent the unlawful possession, use, or distribution of illicit drugs and alcohol by students and employees. The information below is available via this web site and distributed to all students annually.
