Clinical Athletic Training (M.S.)


BU's clinical athletic training graduate program prepares students to function as health care providers in injury prevention, recognition and treatment.

Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education This two-year entry-level program follows a competency-based approach in preparing students to think conceptually and analytically. The clinical athletic training program is open to all students who have completed a bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.0 in a related field and who meet the admission criteria.

BU offers clinical athletic training accredited at the master's entry-level. The curriculum is designed for full-time students to attend three semesters in the first year and two semesters in the second and final year. A total of 48 credits is needed to earn a M.S. in Clinical Athletic Training.
