Bloomsburg University's Advancement Division encompasses the offices of Alumni Engagement and Professional Development along with Marketing and Communications working in collaboration with the Bloomsburg University Foundation, Inc.
Its mission is grow new and existing relationships with the university's internal and external constituents, leading to active involvement, increased financial support and enhanced knowledge of institution's strategic goals.
- Alumni Engagement and Professional Development — seeks to engage alumni through outreach, volunteer and mentor opportunities.
- Government Relations acts as an advocate for the university on the federal, state and local levels, as well as serving as the principal liaison and point of contact between the university and all levels of government.
- Marketing and Communications — manages media relations, university publications — online and in print — sports information, social media and Bloomsburg: The University Magazine.
- University Foundation, Inc. — coordinates and manages philanthropic activities that support the university.
