BU-Heartland Education Conference
BU's College of Education is hosting the BU-Heartland Education Conference on Monday, Jan. 16, 2012 as a forum for Heartland Coalition administrators and teachers and BU faculty to exchange ideas about current educational topics and their impact on the Heartland region.
This year, we anticipate presentations from BU faculty and Heartland Coalition teachers and administrators.
Preference will be given to proposals that are consistent with the following strands, which were chosen by members of both the Heartland Coalition and BU’s College of Education:
- Learning Focus Schools
- Technology Integration
- Special Interest Groups
- Diversity
- Standards Aligned System (SAS) and Assessment
- Intervention Strategies and Response to Instruction and Intervention (RTII)
Conference Information
Presentations will be held in the McCormick Center for Human Services, adjacent to BU's Academic Quad.
